Contribution to, implementation and administration of key procurement systems: Savings Tracking Tool (web-based), contracts, price database

Procurement and financial reporting:
Monthly Procurement Savings reporting on behalf of Procurement Finance Director (control of saving reporting, saving follow up, review and control of the Category Purchasing Managers' monthly submission)
Rebates monitoring and reporting (from forecast-based accrual position to collection and plant refund)
Preparation of the AFEA Procurement Monthly Management report

I have been in charge of developing new suppliers for both special projects and raw materails (chemicals). I was also involved in setting up a Call for tender program in the Purchasing Department.
Coordination of the importations from USA and European Union to Mexico.
Involvement in financial tasks, such as the implementation and control of Rimsa's procedures. Through this job I have been doing a financial audit, aiming at implementing the Sarbanes Oxley norms.

I have been doing Credit and Cash Collection tasks in the Account Receivable Departement of the Diagnostics branch of Bayer.
I was controlling and following up the Cash Collection of Private Clinics and following up and updating the cases which lead the group to the court of justice or still to private litigation.
